d.English is part of the language school called Deutsch-Klub (opened in 2010).
Language teaching professionals at d.English teach English using the communicative approach. We teach by principles and follow established best practices:

• we normally avoid using any intermediary language and teach English through English to a range of levels, Beginner to Advanced (CEFR A1-C1);
• we use modern international coursebooks and a variety of authentic materials;
• we focus on real-life language use;
• we help our learners and trainees prepare for various international exams (YLE, KET, PET, FCE, CAE, CPE, IELTS, TOEFL, BEC, TKT).

Our course menu includes not only General, Business and Exam Preparation courses, but also teacher training courses and workshops for English teachers. The school is licensed by the Education Committee of Saint Petersburg and is authorized to issue official certificates of advanced teacher training and retraining.
